At PJLA, we are committed to keeping our employees, customers, and suppliers safe while working with one another to support our businesses. In response to the new operational needs created by the risk of pandemics, we have created The Returning to Work Game Plan. The full “Game Plan” includes a brief overview document, a comprehensive guide document, as well as a Virtual Self-Assessment Tool. These documents & tools are meant to provide practical recommendations for operational changes, based on guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization, that could be tailored by organizations to address various scenarios they may face when returning to work. The document is divided into specific operational changes that can be implemented and new roles & responsibilities that may need to be assigned to ensure the capacity to safely return to work.
The dangers of Pandemics have transformed the necessary safe work operating needs. While there is no “one-size fits all” solution available, actively taking steps to reduce apparent risks will reduce infections, quarantine time, and pandemic related death, ultimately increasing morale, confidence, and productivity.
The overview provides a brief summary of protocol adjustments that may be required & can be downloaded here:

The Virtual Self-Assessment Tool can be accessed here:
This set of documents/tools can be used repeatedly throughout your company’s facilities to ensure consistent & frequent evaluation of each site’s safety. These items are meant to assist you & your organization in finding areas of your system that are at risk in the hopes this will allow you to mitigate that risk to the best of your ability.
